Being heard, being seen, being known, being understood. It's something we all desire, especially as we're trying to make sense of challenges in our lives. My job as a licensed clinical social worker and mental health therapist is to listen, to hear you. If you are looking for someone who can walk alongside you as you grapple with transitions, consider big and small changes, or just cope with daily life, please give me a call. You deserve to be heard.
I see clients (ages 14 and up) both in person and via Telehealth for the following reasons: depression, anxiety, stress, partner therapy, life transitions, LGBTQA+ support, grief/trauma, skill building, parenting support, coping with chronic illness, and more.
I love to work with teen and young adult clients and also especially enjoy working with adoptive parents as well as teen and adult adopted persons. As an adoptive parent myself, I have focused for the last nine years on education and training that has made me a more competent parent and I would be privileged to share information with you.
